Human Rights
We all have the exact same ones.
Yes… we do.
There’s no such thing as “gay rights” or “minority rights” or any other special category of rights. There are just Rights. They aren’t privileges or entitlements. They don’t come from society or from “authority,” they cannot legitimately be granted or taken away, and no one can have more than others. They are inherent at birth. The fact that most of us do not understand what Rights actually are is why we have problems at all.
Some people think they have the “right” to impose on people’s lives because they disagree with them, or certain lifestyle choices conflict with their personal beliefs. This is, of course, 100% false. Anyone fighting against that is justified in doing so. The problem is, those people don’t understand what Rights are, either, and engage in their own violence which is NOT justified.
Then what happens? Either side of the conflict makes appeals to “authority” to have their will enforced upon the other through new “laws” and “mandates.” Who wins in the end? Not you, not me, not either side of the conflict. The state wins. Social engineers win. Evil wins.
We all have the exact same Rights. We all have the responsibility to leave each other alone if harm against others isn’t taking place. There is no such thing as the right to infringe upon a Right. The end doesn’t justify the means when the means involve violence.
So, what actually is a Right?
A Right is an ACTION that does not cause harm to other sentient beings.
That’s all it is. If you’re harming yourself, it’s still a Right, because you own your body. You can do whatever you want to your own body. Self-harm may be stupid, but it’s still a Right. When you start forcing your will upon others, it’s no longer a Right. Every statist is guilty of this. It’s the “MY Freedom” mindset. Someone who understands what Rights actually are wants freedom for everyone, not just themselves, and that includes freedom for those they disagree with or those whose lifestyle they disapprove of.
Those who do not KNOW what Rights are never say NO to evil. They unfortunately do the opposite. They put their own selfish whims, preferences, likes and dislikes above any objective moral truth. It’s the notion of “if it’s right for me, then it’s right, and if it’s wrong for me, then it’s wrong.” This is called Moral Relativism. It is the real original sin of saying, “I’ll decide good and evil for myself like God.”
This ideology is the crux of all of our suffering. If we have no objective understanding of Right and Wrong, then we can’t understand what Human Rights are. If we don’t understand what Rights are, we will lose them. And that’s what we’re seeing in the world. We put the ego above everything else. We think morality is subjective. We think we have “rights” that we don’t. We think other people have “rights” that they don’t. We think we have the “right” to violate the Rights of others, and that some people – namely those who call themselves “government” – especially have that “right.” And we attempt to justify it in the name of some “greater good.”
Justification – from the Latin jus, juris meaning “right,” and the Latin facere meaning “to create.”
When you are trying to justify something, what are you doing? You’re attempting to make something wrong into something right which cannot be done in reality. We can make claims, and act on those claims, but they are not legitimate or binding.
STOP JUSTIFYING EVIL. Actions that involve murder, assault, rape, theft, trespass, coercion and deception are NOT RIGHTS. Such actions never have and never will lead to anything good, greater or lesser.
Fight for your Rights, but truly KNOW what they are first. They are the same as mine. They are the same as the asshole who hates you, and the partner who loves you. They are the same as the costumed thug who harasses you, and the good samaritan who helps you.
Regardless of ethnicity, sexuality, gender, religion, or profession, we all have the exact same Rights, and they are under attack – not by the racist idiot or the homophobe, but the Powers That Shouldn’t Be who pit all of us against each other over these trivial differences. They are under attack by the social engineers and sorcerers of this world who never want us understanding the truth of who we are; who want us deeply entrenched in ego; who want us in constant conflict and confusion; who want us in thrall; who want us enslaved. There’s no better way to ensure that outcome than to keep us from ever understanding what our Rights are and where they come from. It’s that lack of true knowledge and true conscience that perpetuates all of our suffering.
If you want to live in a world of peace, prosperity and love, you won’t create it through violent means. Conscience is the key. Educate yourself, uplift yourself out of the darkness, and help others. Stop falling for this false dialectic and become way-showers, teachers, and mentors. Don’t be afraid to speak. With all the erroneous information we’re bombarded with 24/7, speaking is vital. It’s Magick. ABRACADABRA – Reality is spoken into existence.
Share what you know to be true without apology and without fear, and never stop. Be willing to make hard sacrifices. Doing what’s right is not always easy. It takes courage, conviction, and true care. It takes resilience and persistence. As the Buddhist adage goes:
“There are two mistakes one can make along the road to truth - not starting, and not going all the way.”
Know your Rights, educate others, and say NO to evil. No matter how uncomfortable things may get, keep going. I believe in you.
